01 General Information & Overview

Bst 365 (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving players in Bangladesh, operating under the domain https://bst365.win.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and bst 365. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Bst 365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the Platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bst 365, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh
• You must register using accurate and truthful information
• Only one account per person is allowed
• Multiple accounts cannot be created from the same device or IP address
• The registrant must be of sound mind and registering of their own free will

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, the account will be terminated. Members are solely responsible for the security of their accounts. Passwords must not be shared, and accounts must not be accessed by or transferred to anyone else.

Password & Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@bst365.win. If any loss occurs as a result of unauthorised access and the member failed to report it in time, the platform bears no responsibility.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with Bangladesh's financial regulations and prevent fraud, bst 365 verifies the identity of all members. The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. However, deposits and gameplay are not affected. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The transaction terms on bst 365 are detailed below:

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket — BDT 500; Bank Transfer — BDT 1,000
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted
• If your account is not credited after a successful deposit, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Daily maximum withdrawal: varies by payment method
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonuses
• Withdrawals Are Not Possible Without KYC Verification

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Participation in the bst 365 bonus program is optional. The following terms apply if you choose to claim a bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only. Can be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (typically 30x–40x).
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being credited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games or betting markets.
• Minimum Bet Odds: A minimum qualifying odds requirement must be met when placing bets with a bonus.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

Bst 365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a member is suspected of bonus abuse, the bonus may be forfeited.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting on bst 365:

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in certain special circumstances (such as event cancellation), the bet may be voided and the stake refunded.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If a sporting event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event starts more than 12 hours after its scheduled time, the bet may be voided.
• The platform is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues during live betting.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum daily win limit applies per bet. Full details are available on the payment page and in the betting tips section. Exceptionally large wins may be subject to additional verification.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any such activity, once detected, will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Attempting to compromise or interfere with the Platform's security systems
• Operating an account using false or fraudulent information
• Harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards other members

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Bst 365 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found
• Upon suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities
• At the member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion)

An email notice is generally sent before an account is closed. However, in cases of fraud or security threats, the account may be closed immediately. If closure is due to a legitimate reason, any remaining balance will be refunded. If it is due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

09 Responsible Gaming

Bst 365 firmly believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a source of problems. To support this, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Betting Limits: A maximum bet amount can be set for any given time period.
• Temporary Break: Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Permanent Closure: You can permanently close your account at any time.
• Reality Check: After a set period of play, you'll receive a reminder showing how long you've been playing.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:

1. Step One: Email us at support@bst365.win with full details. We typically respond within 48 hours.
2. Step Two: If the matter is not resolved at the first stage, it will be escalated and a decision will be provided within 7 business days.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be resolved through arbitration by a neutral third party.

Bangladesh law shall govern any and all disputes.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bst 365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes:

• A prominent notice will be displayed on the platform
• A notice will be sent to your registered email address
• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect

Continued use of the Platform after any changes are made will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.
